Section 1 — Overview iOrchard is designed with privacy in mind. We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service. We never sell your data.

Section 2 — Data We Collect

• Device information you manually enter (model, serial number, purchase date, AppleCare+ status)
• Devices, vault entries, and any attachments you save are stored as files in your device's Application Support directory
• Small settings (notification preferences, snooze state, subscription cache) are stored in UserDefaults
• No account required, no sign-in, no cloud sync

Section 3 — Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal identification information
• We do not track your location
• We do not access your contacts, photos or microphone
• We do not share data with third parties
• We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs

Section 4 — News Feed

• iOrchard fetches publicly available RSS feeds from MacRumors and 9to5Mac
• No personal data is sent in these requests
• Articles open in Safari, subject to those sites' privacy policies

Section 5 — Pricing Data iOrchard fetches resale price and release calendar data from our Cloudflare Worker at iorchard.app. These requests contain no personal data. Cloudflare may log IP addresses as part of standard request logging. We do not access or analyze these logs.

Section 6 — Subscriptions Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs this transaction. We receive aggregate sales information from App Store Connect but do not see your payment details.
