Here (full name "Here: Just Show Up") is an app built and published by Jordi Fakiani López ("I", "me", "my"). By downloading or using Here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Here is

Here is a tool to help you show up. It is for people who find movement or the gym hard to face, and it celebrates the act of arriving rather than any performance. It does not measure workouts and it keeps no score.

Here is not medical or fitness advice

This is the most important point. Here is for personal and motivational purposes only. It does not provide medical, health, physiotherapy or professional fitness advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Before you start, change or increase any physical activity, talk to a doctor or a qualified professional who knows your situation, especially if you have any injury, condition or concern. If something hurts, stop. You use the app and move your body at your own risk.

Your words

The words you write in the app, your commitment and your companion's name, are yours and they stay on your device. The app itself, its design and its content belong to me.

The app is provided as is

Here is free to use and is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. To the extent allowed by law I am not liable for any loss or injury arising from use of the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Use through the App Store is also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement.
